PASHA Insurance OJSC is currently seeking for “Agile Coach”
Reports to: Tribe Leader
Working Team
• Works closely with the Tribe Leader to develop agile agenda
• Not a member of any agile team
Overview
• The Agile Coach will have a leading role and become a change champion in our organization during Agile Transformation
• This role will also serve as a mentor and coach for agile squads and tribe members, helping to implement cross-functional collaboration
• Agile Coach develops and drives execution of agile processes across squads
Key responsibilities:
• Launch agile methodologies in an organization new to agile ways of working
• Act as change agent for agile working processes for managers and development teams
• Identify issues with people and process; actively contribute to developing and implementing new solutions.
• Train and support squads, clarifying roles and responsibilities
• Assesses the agile maturity of squads and organization; coach squads to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
Ideal experience:
• Demonstrated collaborative coaching and effective motivation to drive results
• Optional: Experience in agile methodology (Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Scrum Alliance and/or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification)
Major milestones
• By end of year 1, this role will have:
• Launched agile ways of working in Motor & Property Tribe
• Coached agile 3-5 squads to greater levels of maturity
• Demonstrated benefits of agile to Pasha Insurance and other Pasha Group SA’s through improved results
• Developed roadmap for broader agile implementation across Pasha Insurance and Pasha Holding
