Financial Controller

Requirements:

– Master’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
– Proven experience in finance management
– 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
– Presentable, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
– Strong leadership qualities
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
– Compliance oriented
– Excellent Analytical skills
– Proficiency in MS office programs and SAP
– Result oriented and ability to work with multiple teams
– Good English and Turkish communication skills

Responsibilities:

– Analyze and prepare financial reports for top management
– Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
– Participate and support in budgeting processes
– Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
– Streamlining accounting functions and operations
– Evaluate and manage the risks and act immediately
– Work closely with sales and marketing teams to oversee the requirements of business and create ad-hoc reports accordingly
