Human Resources Business Partner Manager – Accessbank


  • Leading, inspiring, and developing the members of the recruiting team to ensure the proactive implementation of annual recruitment plan;
  • Partnering with the company’s leadership and Marketing team to develop, articulate, and promote an authentic and compelling employer brand;
  • Determining the optimal mix and strategy for sourcing candidates, including external agencies, employee referrals, social media, job boards, etc.;
  • Establishing innovative and best practice processes for assessing talent, including screening criteria, interview formats, and analytical and technical tests and assignments;
  • Developing communication norms and approaches that lead to a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, act as Employee experience champion;
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify training and development needs of staff ;
  • Develop and implement a robust training and development program, blending customized in-house content delivery and external expertise and perspectives. The training program should aim to enhance skills and knowledge, motivate and retain employees, strengthen collaboration and team dynamics, and contribute to the company’s culture of continuous learning and innovation;
  • Serve as a key thought partner to the Head of Human Resources in strategic and operational decisions across the HR function. Be a role model, mentor, and collaborator for all members of the HR team.
  • Conducts employee engagement survey and manages activities to increase the results
  • Support employee relations by handling cases to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Managing and if needed contributing to internal event management; manage the internal leadership and EVP communication


  • A bachelor’s degree
  • HR certifications (SPHRi, SHRM, CIPD, etc.) will be considered an advantage;
  • 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering;
  • Strong analytical skills and decision‐making;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijan, Russian and English languages;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
