Job Description:

Position: Junior Credit Controller specialist
Department: Finance
Work time: Full Time
Conditions: Service Contract

Primary responsibilities include:

• Coordination between the Sales and Finance team on all activities related to customers, in order to assure full transparency on information to achieve forecasted commitments
• Monitor sales results on a daily basis. Provide regular updates at least on a weekly basis.
• Have regular communication with the sales team to identify potential customer related commercial issues and take responsibility for appropriate communication
• Assure full compliance of invoicing, dunning notes and contract process with policies and procedures
• Perform customer financial assessments
• Reporting on target achievement for main Commercial KPI’s:
• Work closely with the Sales and Logistic Manager to understand business needs and to identify process improvements
• Meet customers together with Sales representatives to understand customer demands and to in order to identify and convert commercial opportunities
• Other tasks as may be reasonably directed
• Be fully aware of and strictly follow the safety rules and regulations in the company to ensure safe working environment for him/her-self and people around.

Skills and Qualifications:

● University degree in finance, accounting or economics
● 1 year experience.
● Computer Skills MS Office, SAP, EFP, BTP applications.
● Good verbal and written skills in English, Azeri and Russian.
● Excellent communication; Planning and organizing; Problem solving skills.
● Initiative, team orientation, loyalty to the company.
