Job Title: Leasing and property specialist

Summary and Purpose of Role:

The Leasing and property specialist is mainly responsible for finding tenants, analyzing market prices, ensuring effective administration and control of all lease records and contract files company-wide and transactions in connection with properties; analyze and interpret contracts; review assignments, leases and purchase/sales agreement, searching new locations for potential markets, analyzing feasibilities of potential sites, preparing presentation for new store locations, developing ROCI’s for selected store locations

Job Role Responsibilities: 

 Preparing new tenant leases and offer letters
 Process all Lease Agreements & Commercial Agreements and obtain manager’s approval
 Ensuring all commercial and non-commercial terms on lease agreements are enforced. I.e. collection of insurance copies, trade licenses etc.
 Monitor arrears and follow-up with tenants as necessary
 Gathers data on competitors and analyzes their prices, sales and method of operation.
 Collects and analyzes statistical data and prepares report on market conditions on sales trends to forecast future conditions
 Works with and advises outside agencies and consultants in collection analysis of data.
 Analyzing feasibilities of potential sites
 Developing ROCI’s for selected locations
 Preparing presentations for new store locations
 Update job and markets knowledge
 Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualification

Knowledge

 2-3 years’ experience in sales, marketing or similar position
 Bachelor degree or equivalent.
 Good verbal and written English
 A highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach.
 Result and Management oriented.
 Possess an extremely friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with ability to openly communicate and work with all types of individual and personalities.
 Good excel knowledge
