Job requirements:

• Conducting legal analysis and research legal matters;
• Participation in drafting process of internal rules, resolutions, by laws and other corporate documents required by legislation as well as supervisory authority;
• Drafting, review and negotiation of various contracts;
• Providing advice on legal matters;
• Drafting legal opinions and other legal documents;
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal requirements by divisions of the company;
• Representation of the company in courts and state bodies;
• Preparation of documents for and conducting state registration of changes to the charter and governing bodies of the company

Required knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of civil, commercial, tax, labor, securities legislation;
• Negotiation and problem solving skills;
• Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good legal writing skills;
• Good legal analysis skills.

Essential requirements:

• Educatıon: Bachelor degree in legal sciences
• Work experience: Minimum 2 years experince as junior lawyer (experience in financial sector is preferable)
• Language knowledge: Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian
