Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Leading Financial Reporting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) compliance and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Stay updated with IFRS regulations and ensure all financial reporting adheres to these standards.
• Liaison, processing of queries, collection, and provision of information to external auditors.
• Assist in the budgeting process and the Reporting Team in closing all audit matters on time.
• Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, providing detailed explanations and recommendations.
• Conduct in-depth cash flow analyses and provide insights on liquidity, cash management, and financial planning.
• Work closely with different departments and subsidiaries to gather financial data and insights.
• Effectively communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes and reporting efficiencies.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.
• ACCA/CIMA/part-qualified/students preferred.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Experience in Power BI or Tableau and PL/SQL is a plus.
