Position: Product Development Manager
 
Department: Marketing & Product Development
 
Reporting to: Chief Marketing & Product Officer

Job Description

• Has direct responsibility for managing new and existing products
• Responsible for examining, developing, and recommending product strategies
• Develops the business case for product enhancements and new features
• Responsible for generating Business Proposals for new product development
• Responsible to examine and analyze product lines’ performance
• Assists in the development of supporting new product launch material with Marketing Manager
• Be able to work with the wider technical team to relay product development plans
• Documents and negotiates product requirements with Technical Team
• Contributes to documentation, training, and other materials for field and customer enablement
• Coordinates release management
• Provides weekly product and development project status updates to senior leadership
• Works with designers to coordinate the UI/UX for new product features and enhancements
 
 
Education & Experience

• A Bachelor Degree in a technical field or business field is preferred
• 3 to 5 years’ product management experience

Skills Required

• Must be self-reliant and possess excellent oral and written communication
• Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality
• Experience with product line management throughout the entire life cycle
• Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• A highly developed level of creative skills and resourcefulness is required
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent time management skills
 
Working hours: Monday- Friday ( 10:00 – 18:00)
Salary:  1400-1800 AZN (based on experience)
