We are looking for Director of Finance to organize and coordinate duties and procedures indicated in below job description.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to assess the company’s financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive management and stakeholders.

Financial Management:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting and tax functions.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan financial regulations and standards.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.

Strategic Planning:

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Investor Relations:

• Manage relationships with investors and financial analysts.
• Prepare and present financial information to investors and analysts.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage accountant and financial analysts.

Compliance with Local Regulations:

• Ensure compliance with the Republic of Azerbaijan accounting standards.
• Manage relationships with local banks and financial institutions.
• Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with “Regulation on the organization and implementation of activities by payment and electronic money institutions”.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a senior finance role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Republic of Azerbaijan accounting standards and tax laws.
• Understanding of the Republic of Azerbaijan’s financial landscape and payment industry.
• Experience in the field of Azerbaijan bank sector or other financial institutions.
