Position: Operation Supervisor

EXPECTED RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Observes staff performance, conducts various evaluations such as room inspections, and coordinates action plans for all areas found deficient.
• Assist Hotel Manager with Sales & Marketing plan, with Finance procedures & etc
• Assist Hotel Manager with all kind of works in the hotel, implementing plans, take actions & etc
• Implements and manages hotel’s daily quality process including goal communication, staff member empowerment,
• Coaches, motivates and develops all team members. Coaches and counsels all team members on profitability assessment and staffing procedures
• Manages and reviews daily, weekly and monthly budgets and costs. 
• Organizes, conducts, and/or participates in scheduled meetings held throughout the hotel.
• Coordinates efforts to provide follow up on action items established at each meeting. 
• Analyzes monthly statement of operations and prepares written comments regarding the monthly statement of operations for Hotel manager review.
• Participates in corporate activities and meetings as requested 
• Assists in the administration of succession planning. 
• Participates in and maintains active community relations 
• Attends daily meetings, meetings with owner & participates in all organization.

EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, 
• Minimum 5 years of prior hotel management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Experience required may vary based on size and complexity of operation.
• Must speak fluent Azerbaijan/English/Russian. Other languages preferred.
• Skillful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/ tasks.
• Highly managerial capacities
• Highly organized and efficient individual
• Pro-active and result driven Flexible
• Both team player and captain (hands-on)
• Ability to adapt vision and proven flexibility
