Job description:
• Becoming familiar with company products.
• Oversee marketing and product management activities of the team
• Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
• Develop product road map and strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching), and translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Drive product launches including working customer support, technical teams, other marketing and product management team members
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with target buyer personas.
• Evaluate current product, product backlog and promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups, market trends and data
• Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
• Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
• Propose and keep within a budget
• Working with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotions for each product.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering
• Min 5 years of experience in Product management or Product Marketing Management, min 1 year of experience in a managerial role
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management and marketing role
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product marketing and product development lifecycle
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree
• Previous software and web development experience
• Proven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial role
Demonstrable knowledge in SEO, AdWords, Social media Management and online advertisement
Working hours: Monday- Friday ( 10:00 – 18:00)
