Digital Banking Analyst

Description:

– Participation and control, together with business units, as well as with developers in the formulation of requirements to the new features/changes in Digital Banking;
– Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers;
– Develop UX (web and mobile) prototypes for visualization of the idea using any tool (Balsamiq, Axure, Figma, Adobe XD, Paint, etc.);
– Monitoring tasks of the implementation process;
– Testing and acceptance of the developed functionality;
– Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed

Requirements:

– Excellent analytical skills;
– Strong software and REST API / SOAP skills;
– Basic knowledge of SQL queries;
– Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions;
– Solid understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with software development (web front-end, mobile applications, and back-end);
– Experience documenting, testing, and if required training new applications and systems;
– Good English skills (both writing and speaking);
